Bonjour Séverine ! Pouvez-vous présenter Seeff Properties en quelques mots ? Je suis Severine Dalais-Pietersen, directrice chez Seeff à l'île Maurice depuis 20 ans. Notre aventure a débuté en 2005 dans un modeste bureau situé au-dessus d'une petite boutique typiquement mauricienne à Pointe aux Canonniers. Nous n'étions alors que trois. Depuis, nous avons grandi pour devenir une agence de référence comptant aujourd'hui trois agences à travers l’île, avec l'ouverture d'une quatrième prévue pour 2026. Nous proposons à la vente et à la location une large sélection de biens résidentiels et commerciaux, ainsi que des programmes neufs (VEFA), destinés aussi bien aux Mauriciens qu'à une clientèle internationale.

Suite à la transition politique de novembre 2024, le nouveau gouvernement mauricien a introduit des changements règlementaires pour améliorer la transparence et l'alignement économique des transactions immobilières dans le cadre des régimes IRS, RES, IHS, PDS et SCS. Depuis le 13 décembre 2024, les non-citoyens qui acquièrent des propriétés résidentielles doivent désormais payer 85 % du prix d'achat en roupies mauriciennes, et les 15 % restants en devises étrangères ou en roupies mauriciennes. Ces mesures visent à renforcer l'économie locale tout en garantissant le respect des normes financières internationales.
