2 – Ensure your property is sold by a Seeff Agent during the exclusive sole mandate period and within the competition period.
3 – The sale transaction must become unconditional (all suspensive conditions fulfilled) within the competition period.
Eligibility for Competition Entry:
> Any legal entity – natural person or legal entity – is eligible for entry.
> Existing exclusive sole mandates need to be re-signed within the competition period to be eligible for entry.
> There are no restrictions or conditions for entry into the Competition in respect of the immovable property type (i.e. vacant land,
freehold property, sectional title units, commercial properties, and residential and agricultural properties all qualify).

If you listed your property with Seeff on Sole Mandate before 1 June 2024, you would need to contact the agent and renew the mandate to commence from 1 June 2024. The mandate must be sold within the competition period to be eligible for entry.

The competition applies to all sales in regions/countries where Seeff has an office. This includes Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, eSwatini. Malawi, DRC, Mauritius and Dubai,
Yes. The competition closes on 30 April 2025, and the draw will be conducted by Seeff’s auditors, BDO.
Each sole mandate property sold within the competition entry counts for a single entry.
